Good health relies on many different factors. Our exercise level, medications, and diet can all affect our health. Balancing all these aspects will impact our well-being and how we fight disease.

The Fascial Pain Clinic offers nutrition and lifestyle coaching to help patients achieve optimal health. Using the latest research available, we will develop a diet and life plan for your specific needs, taking into account your current health and immune status.

Lifestyle plans will address stress management and exercise planning and execution.

• Stress can be reduced with acupuncture, meditation, and breathing techniques, as well as manual therapies and stress reduction exercises.

• Exercises will include stretching with breathing and meditation. Yoga may be recommended to restore physical function and mental health.

Diet recommendations may include whole foods, supplemental vitamins and minerals, digestive enzymes, or protein supplements. An individualized eating plan is provided along with patient education on nutrition and tools to implement changes in the way food is integrated into our daily lives.
